Kame was founded by Vaishali and Abhinav, brought together by a shared love for matcha and a desire to create something beyond just a drink. What began as an obsession with discovering the perfect cup has grown into Kame—a space, a community, and a modern way to experience matcha. Together, they’re building Kame with one simple belief: life looks better in green.

How we source KAME

At Kame, great matcha begins at the source. Our matcha is carefully sourced from Shizuoka, Japan a region renowned for its rich tea-growing heritage. We select matcha for its vibrant green colour, smooth texture, and balanced, umami-rich flavour, ensuring every cup delivers an authentic matcha experience. From Shizuoka to your cup, we believe that great matcha should never be compromised.
